I had two items done, replace the door cables and install a new garage door opener. My garage is a single car garage. Jonah was my service technician. He did an excellent job, very professional and pleasant. I had the Ultra 900 opener installed, it's worth the cost, very quiet, and nice features. My garage door opener installation was unique, as the space between the top of the door, with the door in the fully down position, and the garage ceiling was approximately 12 inches. Jonah was able to address the unique constraint and successfully install the door opener. Kudos for his excellent work! I highly recommend Precision Door Service New Orleans.

Great service & a job well done. Will recommend your company to anyone needing service, or new installation. Your tech was second to none, prompt, on time, courteous & very efficient. Recommend new rollers & installed then, what a difference the new belt drive unit & rollers made. System so quiet that can barely be heard. the old cahin drive would wake the dead! Thank you again for a great & well done job !

i just became acquainted with precision door 6/23 and i have one comment : when the salesman comes to take measurements etc he should be required to wear a face covering of some kind since it is necessary for me to get close enough to sign several documents he had a hint as i was was masked. i hope this is not an example of the kind of work they perform

Derek came out to give me an estimate on replacing my current garage door and installing a garage door opener. He was timely, professional and very informative. Derek explained the different options I had to choose from (style of door, color, glass windows, hardware and colors) and answered all of my questions. He also assisted me with my color selection and let me know the things I would need to have done prior to installation of my new door and opener. I truly appreciated the text Precision sent me letting me know Derek was on his way and included a picture of him. As a single woman I truly appreciated this and wish more companies would do the same.

Brad returned today to discuss a new garage door for our home. He was very thorough and answered quite a few of our questions. He explained that the manager would have to submit the quotes for the doors we are interested in and we would hear back shortly.

This was the 3rd time I had to call someone out for the same issue. Your tech’s are always friendly and courteous. I’ve met 4 different ones. I give them all 5 stars. As far as the opener goes I’m still waiting to grade it, pending results of last service call. I’m hoping this third visit has corrected the problem. If not I’ll let y’all know. If so, you need to replace the unit as I need a reliable garage door opener. Regards.

I chose Precision because of a recommendation. They worked me in on the same day I called because my vehicle was stuck in the garage. They got the work done quickly, gave me several price options to choose from, and did a thorough inspection of the door. 5 ??’s!!

I would recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door. They did great work - from the quick & easy quote to the installation, everything was great. They communicated along each step. And during installation, the team actually used my blower to clear the garage floor - greatly appreciated! The work space was left clean, and our new door is fantastic!

Jonah did an outstanding job in giving me an estimate and had answers for all my questions, which were numerous as I like to find out all the particulars when I make a major purchase. Jonah did my install of the new door. He was on time, very professional, completed the job in the time frame he had indicated and completely cleaned after finishing the project. After he left we had a couple of concerns. Upon calling the office they sent another technician, Derek, and he answered all of our questions and alleviated any situation that we were concerned with. Again, he arrived at the time he said he would. Very professional demeanor. Impressive, prompt, professional service by everyone I was involved with.

It is my pleasure to write a review. I called. got a scheduled appointment that same day. Jonah, your employee called to say he was on his way with a picture so I would know who is coming to my home. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I asked him to give me the most reasonable option to service my door at this time. He gave me 3 options. I am very pleased with the work he performed and the fees that were charged. When I need further service on my garage doors I will call your company.

I had two new garage doors and garage door openers installed. The employees I spoke with over the phone were very nice. The employees that I met in person while the installation was in progress were very nice and knowledgeable. From the beginning to the end of the job everything was explained to me. I am pleased with the overall experience I had with this company.
