I had problem when 2 rollers on my opener jumped the track mid afternoon on a Saturday. When I called I was told they would have someone at my home between 4 and 6. Technician arrived a few minutes after 4. Technician was excellent and he completed the repair and paperwork with about 40 minutes.

Unbelievable service when you can find a repair company through a google search, make a service appointment through an online chat, provide service in less than an hour, and have my garage door repair completed in less then 45 minutes. 5 Star Very pleased with work done by Precision Door Service. Was on time and immediately accessed what needed to be done to fix the problem and not do any other work that was not necessary. I thought the rollers needed to be changed but after inspection, he said the rollers were good. After spraying all the rollers and moving parts, the door was very quite and sounded like new again. Would recommend them to others...

I called Access Garage Door because that's who I normally call to repair my garage door. I was told the spring was discontinued and I would need a new door. I had my doubts so I did a goggle search and found Precision. My schedule is pretty hectic but the agent worked with me. I was able to get a late evening appointment the same day. Mike King was my Technician. Let me tell you, this man is amazing. He had the spring (the one I was told was discontinued) in his truck. He replaced the spring and educated me while he was doing it. He explained what he was doing and told me why he was doing it. I would highly recommend Precision. If I ever have garage door issues Precision is who I'm calling. I'll request Mike King.

Had a broken garage door spring and needed quick service. Did a “google” search and chose to try Precision after viewing their website and reading a few customer reviews. I needed device for my garage door opener. I used home advisor and was contacted by Precision in minutes after the request. They were quick to respond and schedule service. Bryant, the technician was extremely courteous, and professional. Worked quickly to diagnose the issue and provided multiple options. I chose to replace the opener and Bryant had it completed in no time. Within 18 hours (including overnight) the call was made and work completed. Precision is a great company and will call them again if the need arises.

Your technician had a bad attitude from the minute he got here. And, instead of coming to my front door when he arrived, he went into my garage and knocked on my laundry door. That scared me. Never has happened before. He tried to charge me for a “tune up” ($59.95) instead of a standard service call ($49.95) which was what I agreed to when I scheduled the appointment. Other than his TELLING me the spring needed to be sprayed with white lithium grease, he didn’t actually spray the spring...I sprayed the spring with my own lithium grease), he made a minor adjustment to my RF lights. He didn’t do anything else. So, he changed the bill to $49.95. But, I had to ask him to do it. Nothing about his visit inspired me to want to call Precision Garage Door Service in the future.
