I had never heard of this company, but I was having intermittent problems with the opener. I found you on the web. Called because of response time. The technician that was sent was friendly. I felt needed a new one . After installing, I was completely satisfied by the way the technician explained the operation of the unit. I would recommend your company because job done and the technician knowledge of equipment installed. .

Really pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. Bryant and his team called and let me know they were on there way, listened to my concerns and what I wanted, and offered the best solution for me. They worked quickly and efficient, and went over in detail the work they performed! 5 stars for sure and would definitely recommend to others! I'm hoping to never have another issue with my garage but if I do, I will definitely use this company again!

I needed device for my garage door opener. I used home advisor and was contacted by Precision in minutes after the request. They were quick to respond and schedule service. Bryant, the technician was extremely courteous, and professional. Worked quickly to diagnose the issue and provided multiple options. I chose to replace the opener and Bryant had it completed in no time. Within 18 hours (including overnight) the call was made and work completed. Precision is a great company and will call them again if the need arises.

Your technician had a bad attitude from the minute he got here. And, instead of coming to my front door when he arrived, he went into my garage and knocked on my laundry door. That scared me. Never has happened before. He tried to charge me for a “tune up” ($59.95) instead of a standard service call ($49.95) which was what I agreed to when I scheduled the appointment. Other than his TELLING me the spring needed to be sprayed with white lithium grease, he didn’t actually spray the spring...I sprayed the spring with my own lithium grease), he made a minor adjustment to my RF lights. He didn’t do anything else. So, he changed the bill to $49.95. But, I had to ask him to do it. Nothing about his visit inspired me to want to call Precision Garage Door Service in the future.

It was good to get email and text about our upcoming appt to see what was going on with our motor etc for our garage door. Received info and photo via text regarding our tech. He also called when he got on north shore re possible arrival time .Reviewed our existing door opener abs quickly determined issue , gave repair amt before we okayed repair. He and asst went to work and got new equip installed . Very professional .

I chose Precision Door Service because the website said that you guaranteed showing up within 4 hours. That was it! And it worked out. The technician was highly skilled, polite and worked very quickly. Its been several days and the repaired door (and the tuned-up other door) is working smoothly and reliably. I thought the cost was reasonable and was happy to pay it.
