We chose Precision because when we called on the weekend we actually spoke to someone who was able to set an appointment right away to replace our garage door opener. Technician phoned, asked if he could come early, and I was happy to say yes. Inspected the system and provided an estimate for repair. When the repair was in progress, he discovered motor was not functioning properly. After explanation to me we decided to add a new motor. When the job was complete, a demonstration of the new system was given and explained. Professional! Efficient! Courteous! Pleasant! I am very happy with the work, and the technician who did the job so well !

Had motor replaced during covid. June 2020. Was not expecting cost to be 400 plus dollars when the people in chat said springs were anywhere from 60-180. Also a 50 dollar service fee regardless of service. Better communication from chat service would have been appreciated. Not to mention the 400 plus dollars is considered a bandage. Service person was great.

Jonah came out to repair a broken door spring. Prompt, well prepared, and very knowledgeable. I had decided the old door and opener (30+yrs) needed replacement, so after the repair, we discussed options. When the new products came in, Jonah and Greg came out and did an outstanding job of replacing both, handling any wrinkle that came their way. They did an excellent job of explaining what they were doing and why, as well as what I needed to do to use and take care of my new door and opener. I needed to have my door repaired. It opens on its own but you have hold the button to close it. This is do to the beam sensor I damaged. The techs only repair option was to replace the whole door opener……. I feel I was fleeced for a service call!
