We chose Precision based on advertising on a company truck. We called late on Friday afternoon. Tech. Sam (from their Mobile office) was scheduled 4-6 pm. He arrived at 3 pm, very prompt. We chose to go with his problem diagnose. He recommended we replace the motor, associated rail, and belt due to its age. I also decided to have the garage door spring replaced. All his work was very professional, and to our surprise, he finished in approx. 2 1/2 hrs. Sam's work was excellent. I will recommend Precision to all.

Blake was very professional, courteous, explained everything he was doing while changing out the garage door opener, organized and left no waste behind. He insured we understood the new garage door opener, the remotes and the keypad. He called before arriving and was very prompt.
