Cost was reasonable and Jacob and his assistant were professional and knowledgeable. All the parts we needed were stocked on the truck so they could do the job quickly and efficiently. I needed to have my door repaired. It opens on its own but you have hold the button to close it. This is do to the beam sensor I damaged. The techs only repair option was to replace the whole door opener……. I feel I was fleeced for a service call!

Jacob was great! My door was down. He proposed and I accepted a replacement opener which works great. Same day installation which was great and the new opener was an upgrade from my existing opener.

Technician was good - fixed the problem quickly. However, I thought the cost was very inflated. I needed a new belt for my garage door opener and paid enough to buy a new unit! The upselling by the tech was laughable. Won’t use them again.
