in 2019 I called Precision Door Service to get an estimate for the repair of my garage door. The technician who came out recommended a total door replacement because of the condition of my wooden garage door. He patiently went over with me the styles and costs of a replacement door and answered all of my concerns. I was not ready to make a purchase at that time but vowed, because of that technicians professionalism and patience, that when I was ready I would contact Precision for the job. I just had my garage door replaced and Precision lived up to my expectations; the technicians who replaced my garage door were timely and professional.

i just became acquainted with precision door 6/23 and i have one comment : when the salesman comes to take measurements etc he should be required to wear a face covering of some kind since it is necessary for me to get close enough to sign several documents he had a hint as i was was masked. i hope this is not an example of the kind of work they perform

I previously gave this company an extremely negative review for trying to upsell me for a new door when all I needed was a repair. The company was prompt and courteous in their response and agreed to do the repair as I originally wanted. they came out immediately and fixed my door. Precision Door kept their next day appointment and their service staff was very professional. My garage door could not be repaired and Dereck showed me why it would need replacing. He examined the system, measured, and wrote me an estimate for replacement. Dereck informed me of the time frame required to order and install a new garage door.

I spend few thousand dollars to get this service , I have hard time getting updates and spend few weeks with the garage entrance cover with plastic and worrying about someone breaking in the house .

I was very please with Precision Door Service timely and professional advice to my questions on replacing an existing GTO double swing gate and controller options. Precision Door Service sent a representative to my home the following day after my initial contact. Max and his assistant came to our property to repair the wired remote pad that did not work (Dec 4, 2018). It was the wire that corroded and loosen at the opener unit's panel. They stripped and reconnected the wire, HOWEVER, they forgot to plug the wire for remote receiver back in. None of our remote controls worked today, so I examined the unit and plug the proper wire back to make things work. First time having Precision but not very impressive.

The guys arrived promptly and did a great job. They really knew what they were doing. I would definitely have them back again. I understand charging for estimates, especially if you get a lot of them. It would be nice, however, to give the customer credit for that charge if they actually have the work done. Just a suggestion.
