Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Very easy review. If you have garage door problems, and don’t call Precision, you are making a big mistake. Sorry it took so long to write review, I forgot Tech’s name. But he was outstanding. Replaced the whole garage door, installed new remotes, etc.

We were in a tight situation having purchased our garage door from Home Depot and are so thankful Precision Door was the installer. Supprise, a person answered the phone. I called on a Saturday and not only they were open I was also able to get an appointment the same day. Brad was great. He gave me options on repairs and once I made a decision he was done with 30-45 min. he handled himself very professionally. I would use Predision again.
